Welcome

Hey, I’m Erin! I’m a certified Wellness and Life Coach with a M.A. in Professional Counseling. I focus on a holistic approach for children by applying methods for the mind and the body.

These include:

*coping strategies to reduce anger, anxiety, and depressive thoughts

*grounding techniques

*breathwork

*meditation

*positive affirmations

*journaling

*understanding how the body changes with different emotions

*empowering children to be their best selves by embracing their unique strengths instead of focusing on their weaknesses

Together, we’ll work on freeing the ego and being fully engulfed in the NOW. Don’t surrender to the you can’ts because I believe that you can. It’s all about being mindful and giving yourself a whole lot of grace.
